Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed shipping. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're happy to do our best to help. Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, but we will always do our best to find a solution.

To be considered for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be eligible.

To request an exchange, please reach out to us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to exchange
  • The reason for your exchange request
  • What you'd like in exchange (e.g., a different size or color)

Once we receive your request, we'll review it and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and are at our sole discretion.


A Few Other Things to Note

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition to be considered for an exchange.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
